In the words of God expressed through the Apostle Paul: Grace to you and peace from God and the Lord Jesus Christ. Paul began all his letters to the church with this same greeting. I believe that this same Grace of God and Peace of Christ can be found here in our church at Whorton Bend. I personally invite you to come and find out for yourself. You will also find that we are a genuinely loving and friendly church, and we want you to feel this same warmth and love, too. Welcome Bro. Ray & Joye Lewis!

As always, we welcome our former pastor and beloved friends, Ray & Joye Lewis to our services throughout the month of May! Brother Ray is filling in for Pastor John as he and Josie are away on a month long vacation out west! Brother Ray & Joye Lewis served our church for six years, from 1996 through 2002!
